Refund Policy - the basics
At Birdie Boys, we understand that plans can change and we do our best to be as flexible as possible while protecting our business and reserved dates.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

The remaining balance is refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to your event.

Full payment is due 14 days before your event date.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the remaining balance is nonrefundable.

We are happy to work with you to reschedule your event when possible—please reach out as soon as you can.
What to include in the Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or request a refund, please provide the following information:

All requests should be submitted via email or your original booking method. Once received, we will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
